REI is the world leader and gold standard in TSCM. REI trains TSCM operators from all over the world, who are in both private and government roles.

I have served as a Senior Investigator with the New York State Police for 27 years, including 20 years of intensive electronic surveillance and eavesdropping experience. During that time, I installed hundreds of court-ordered eavesdropping, listening, and tracking devices on vehicles, cell phones, and in buildings.
